What could this be?

Amy • 24yrs old have pcos. Had 1mc at 18. Delo injection fkr 4.5yrs off that for 12months * pregnant but was ectopic had emergency surgery losing my pregnancy and my right tube.

I have been having pressure pains when I went t the toilet for a wee then the same as when u went for a poo.

I have sore back and side pain.

Ive read online it could be thrush. I did have thrush on the outside I used cream. And having t still use it due I abit itchy still. Im 7weeks 6days pregnant.
