Menstrual like cramps 14 weeks

Well it's me, the super paranoid pregnant lady. I woke up last night to what felt like period cramps. I had this once before, but last time it went away after I used to restroom (sorry). This time they went away after like 15 or 20 seconds and haven't come back since. My nurse triage line said its normal, but I'm still bothered by it. Anyone else had this? What was your experience, and is everything okay?
