My milk started coming in Friday and I am sooo engorged. My boobs are huge and rock hard and really hurt. I've hand expressed and pumped a little for comfort but I'm trying not to pump so I don't make more milk. I'm feeding every 2 hours daytime and every 2-3 nighttime. I offer both breasts, he'll usually only take 1. I have  a feeling he's getting quite a bit from the one. In the last 24 hours he isn't latching as well, I feel like they're too swollen or hard for him to get his mouth on- does that happen? When should this pass? Should I pump? I really want to EBF and don't want to mess anything up. I have a lactation appt Tuesday. FTM also, thanks so much!
