I thought I was 7 weeks, went for an early reassurance scan and the doc believes im more like 5 weeks. She could see a gestational sack and yolk sac but no foetus. I can't help but fear the worst as our last pregnancy ended in MC at 6 weeks. I've got to go back for another scan in 2 weeks. Don't know how I'll cope until then 😪 any positive stories would be great to hear
