I had a mmc in the beginning of January at 8w4d. This is me and my husbands first pregnancy so we were devastated. I have heard though that it is more common for miscarriages to happen with first prwgnancies, but it didn't make it any better. I had a d and c a week later and spent an entire 4 weeks lightly bleeding, spotting and passing massive clots (sorta made me think what was the point of the d and c?) about two weeks after the bleeding stopped I got my first af! Definitely a little shorter this time but still as heavy as normal. So this will now be our first month actively ttc again. I'm excited and terrified. I do think I will be more relaxed this time around though because last time the major stress was not knowing if we COULD get pregnant and now we know we can! Anyone also about to start their first month ttc? I'm cd 5
