anything to help prevent stretch marks?

Hi ladies... I know not all stretch marks are preventable, but I want to give myself the best shot possible. Anyone have any creams/oils or remedies they swear by?!?

The best way to prevent them is through your diet! Stay hydrated and eat healthy. Fruit like Kiwi are great for the Elastin in your skin. Also foods containing Gelatin help prevent them. I only used Aloe Vera with Vitamin E as Lotion and didn't get any Strech Marks. I think it's manly because I gained weight slowly, drank lots of water, ate healthy and moderately exercised.

I use coconut oil after showers while my skin is damp. Then during day or whenever I itch I use bio oil or palmers vitamin e oil ontop of the palmers stretch mark lotion. 35 weeks and no stretch marks yet *crosses fingers*

I've been alternating between coconut oil and vitamin e oil my whole pregnancy. I'm 34 weeks now and I don't have a single stretch mark. They say oils are better than lotion, I don't know but I definitely recommend it

They are genetic. So it really. But you can lessen their appearance by keeping moisturized.
