!!!!!!urgent!!!!!

Okay so Ik that iuds aren't supposed to come out or loose or anything but a while ago my boyfriend and I were getting freaky and I felt insane pain and I thought it got fucked up but then I was like wait no it can't and now my period is weird like I didktn acturallynget the blood and when I went to the bathroom just now there was pink stuff on the paper. I am so fucking scared since I'm still young and trying to keep sex away from my mom. Please help w any info
