folic acid?

how many of u ladies have or take folic acid while ttc i wanna start taking it but i need some advice this is my second month trying? i really need answers plz

I started taking Rainbow Light prenatals about 3-4 months before I got pregnant. It has folic acid and all sorts of vitamins and nutrients. I tried a bunch of different prenatals but these by far are the best. Good luck mama and baby dust ✨

I take folic acid, you should always have some in your system just in case as its needed in the very first few weeks of pregnancy. Its also very cheap when compared to the full prenatal vitamins you can buy.

My doctor put me on Prenatals and Folic Acid 3 months prior to trying , and this is out legit month trying with taking prenatals, folic acid, and ovulation tests ❤️️ hoping for the best

I take folic acid but no prenatals because the iron messes with my thyroid. I also take b complex.
