Paperwork/charts to bring in to first fertility appt?

We're now going on 9+ months of not conceiving and I know they won't even do anything until 1 year, but I'm a little OCD, so what sort of paperwork or charts etc should I have ready to bring with me to my initial appointment?

It's helpful to bring everything you have done like bbt, ovulation charts, blood tests, etc. Also bring anything the doctors have checked you for regarding fertility if you have had anything done. While it isn't necessary for all this it is definitely helpful and might speed your process up a bit.
