When to see a doctor?

Yesterday morning all of a sudden I started sneezing out of no where. As the day progressed , it got worse as my nose started to run and my eyes watered constantly. Eventually by the night my head was throbbing. I took Benadryl but it didn't help. I woke up this morning with a busting headache, my lower left side of my back sore when I move, and my eyes hurt to hold them open. Is this just a cold or allergies? Should I see a doctor or give it a few days to see if it'll get better?

It sounds like you're coming down with a cold. The coughing and sneezing will give you aches and pains due to the pregnancy. It sucks but there's nothing your dr can do for a cold. They will tell you to drink plenty of fluids and rest. I've even had bronchitis twice while pregnant. The best thing to do is drink (orange juice is good), rest, gargle, do a neti pot, vaporub at night, humidifier at night.

Had the same thing happen early in my pregnancy and I couldn't do much but rest. It sucked because I couldn't sleep due to the aches and discomfort. The only thing I could take was Tylenol. Instead of going in, just call the nurse hotline. They'll help you just as much.
