Weight lifting belts
So the numbers are going up with my squats and deadlifts and I need a weight lifting belt. I'm petite and small with a 25 in. Waist. Unfortunately not even the adjustable weight belt at the gym will adjust to my size. I'm not looking to waist train, I need support for my back. Does anyone know of a place/website that sells them?
