essential oils for babies?

Does anyone use essential oils for their babies and if so do they work? My baby is 3 months today and has a terrible cough and keeping him up at night. Someone is sending me samples and wanted to hear some reviews!

Your baby needs to see a pediatrician to take care of the cough, not essential oils.

No topical use on babies under a year. Check using essential oils safely for recommendations for child friendly oils  (and oils to avoid). They are NOT harmless.

We use doterra In our home and have since baby was about 2 months old. They work wonders for us! I do still use Tylenol, take her to the doc, antibiotics ECT, but I use the oils too. Amazing for teething babes, helping them sleep, being congested, and more! Definitely use fractionated coconut oil with the oils as some of them can burn their skin and a carrier oil actually helps "carry" the oil!  Just send me a message if you'd like to know more! :)

Have you tried​ a humidifier? I have one that has a Vicks pad slot in it.

If you do use them on your baby make sure you use a carrier oil like coconut oil.
