sacroiliac joint pain

I'm having extremely bad sacroiliac joint pain and sciatic nerve pain. What do I do to help this ? I'm only nine weeks and it is really hard to walk and do anything. Is it to early to get a pregnancy band when I'm not showing ? What helps this ?
