Pregnancy on birth control

I've been taking the contraceptive pill for around 2 months now. I'm in a sexually active relationship and I'm really nervous about pregnancy as I'm only 16. I know it's unlikely to get pregnant using the pill but it is possible and 2 days in a row I have taken the pill 50 minutes late. Anyone know what I should do or has anyone else conceived whilst on the pill?
