Any thoughts?

I've always been a really active person, however, I've recently decided to really start focusing on my abs. I've been limiting my intake of sugary and salty foods and adding lots of fresh veg to my meals as well as making sure I'm getting plenty of protein (I'm nearly 5 months vegetarian). I've been doing ab excercises such as crunches and bicycle crunches and I'm feeling and seeing the difference in my upper abs but not so much in my lower abs. Are there any excercises that really focus on that area or work out all abs? Sorry for such a long post and thank you!!
