TTC #2 but our little #1 doesn't give us a chance

Carol • Living in Beijing. My daughter is almost 8 and my son is almost 4.
How to deal with a little one that does not sleep? I need some advice about getting my little girl to bed early so my husband and I have a chance to make baby #2. Any tips?? Been trying for two years with no luck.
