Just need support/advice

This was our 8th month actively trying and its ended with a negative. I have been off birth control for exactly a year this month. I'm 20, he is 22. Both active, healthy, non smokers, and were checked by our doctors and said we are good to go! I track ovulation and use preseed. I'm so frustrated! I just expected it to happen sooner. I've even gone months without tracking or thinking about it. Anyone else in the same situation/ or was in the same situation and ended up conceiving??
