Why do i want to take off my skin??!!

Im 27 weeks and my skin feels super tight and uncomfortable all over, mostly my hands and my feet. Also, i cant keep my legs still because its super uncomfortable not to move and i cant sleep very well i wake up periodically all night. Does anyone have any advice to help?

Ask your OB about compression socks. They've helped me deal with aches and pains and the constant need to move them.

Also, I've found that regular exercise daily has helped a great deal with my restless legs. And massage them throughout the day. That will help with not only the "restless" part,  but it can help with the swelling in your feet too.

Try lotion from head to toe right after you get out of the shower and towel dry. Your warm skin will suck up all the moisture and you should feel better. Restless legs are common in pregnancy. Try and distract yourself until you fall asleep.
