Open cervix

hi ladies, just wondering if anyone knows if your cervix can be open during pregnancy without any bleeding?

Ive had 2 inductions (including 1 for a miscarriage) and I think my cervix feels open this pregnancy so worrried they may have caused this.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated :-D
