Should I be worried?!?

I am 10 weeks 3 days pregnant with twins and I use a heart doppler every night to ease my worry. Usually I can find both babies but tonight I can only find 1. Is this normal or should I get them checked out? I've had 2 mc before so I am beyond worried all the time

I say chill, I've read that the monitors are not that sophisticated so it really matters where your little sweet peas are and many other factors. Call the doc in the morning I we'll send good thoughts your way.
