My period was late and i had this symptoms i still have them Nausea,backache,headache and pain ​

Looks like mine. I have no issues like endometrious (spelling?) or anything. I'm healthy down there, so I wouldn't worry too badly. If you're very concerned talk to your dr.

I've always heard if it was a miscarriage, the color would be grey, if you happened to catch it. 
​This looks like clotting. I almost always have it, and I have talked to my Gyno about it she says it's totally normal and most women have it, some just have more than others. If your worried about something, talk to your mom, aunt, or other trusted female adult. They won't be grossed or upset, they'll be glad you trust them enough to come to them!

I occasionally have clotted blood during my period too! Don't worry about it. But I heard that it's an indication that your body isn't perfectly healthy (too much stress etc.). 
​The other symptoms seem to just come from the period itself.. Hope you feel better!

How late is your period? This doesn't look like anything to be concerned about but I'm no Dr. If you are only a few days late then it is probably your period starting. Have you had other bleeding since? Occasionally we women do have odd cycles which freak us out but the following month we are back on track. Well done taking a photo. If are worried then perhaps speak to your GP or nurse.
