I'm seriously at my wits end. I cannot get my LO to nap during the day unless I'm holding him, and even then it's only like 20 minutes tops. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. And lately I can't get him to sleep at night either. He was doing 3 hours, taking a bottle and going back to bed, but last night he was up every hour 😖. He sleeps swaddled, and we do bedtime lotion and a warm bottle at night and that seems to work, but am I supposed to do the same thing during the day?? How often and how long are your two month's old nap times?
