Nexplanon (Birth control)

Any of you ladies used the Birth control implant, Nexplanon? I've been on it for about 2weeks and experiencing major cramps. Aunt Flo even showed up a week and a half early. Just wondering how long did it take you body to adjust to the BC and how did it work for you?
