I say go for it. I slacked through college and skated by with average grades because I was too busy being 20 and socializing. I took a couple classes later on, at 25, and aced em because I cared about it, was interested, and put in the effort. If you want it, do it!

I did a Masters in two years between age 28 and 30 and had the support of my SO, so I could improve my income earning potential and choose a better career. It was hard work but I loved my program and my marks were much higher than I averaged in my B.A., because I wanted to be there, and I had motivation and a better understanding of how I'd use my new knowledge. I learned a lot about my own capabilities too. If there's something you want to study, go for it!

I just finished my masters and I had peers in my class who were in their 30s and 40s, and they gave a great perspective to those who were still in their early 20s. If you have the financial means to do it, go ahead and go back--there's nothing to lose!!

It's never too late. My husband turns 31 this week and we're sending him back part time.
