Implantation bleeding, positive HPT, then negative bloodwork...

Hi ladies! I am so confused as to what happened... I ovulated on April 28th, had implantation bleeding a week later, got a faint positive hpt on Sunday (Mother's Day! Way to play with my heart), took another one yesterday, came back negative, went to the doctor for bloodwork and that came back negative. What does this all mean?! Below is a picture of the hpt
