disconnected
So I sometimes don't know what to do with my baby. He naps every hour.. and in between we kinda play, he does tummy time I give him toys but Idk what else to do with him. I take him out every other day. Idk. I feel bored or disconnected.. anyone had the same experience ? I kind of look forward to his naps. I'm a full one sahm mom alone from morning to night. I care for him at night he wakes about every two hours. I also have depression. Any thoughts? Am I not bonding? I can't even put him to sleep anymore. He falls asleep on his own in the swing for naps.
