When it first happened i went to the hospital, had a rape kit done, and a cop came out to the hospital. They never pressed charges.

I would go to the police station where the cop that came to the hospital works at. And ask them wtf is going on. I'm sorry this happened to you. It took me 9 months to get my monster put in jail. Good luck.

How long ago was it? Some states have a time limit on when you can press charges. Contact RAINN and they should be able to direct you further.
