Hcg levels. help

So after a blighted ovum with d&c in January I just found out I was pregnant again! Got my hcg level checked at 13dpo   5/11 and it was only 46 then I got blood taken again on 5/15 and they called today and said they were only at 100. This is bad right? I'm thinking I should prepare for a second miscarriage?? This is absolutely terrible. This process is an emotional rollercoaster. How one second you can be so freaking happy and then so upset and depressed. I have been trying for over 2 years and now I'm two months I'll have two miscarriages 😕
