PCOS Help and tips?

I am 21 and have recently been told i have Pcos (polycistic ovary syndrome) its very frustrating and I was wondering if anyone on here has been in the same situation and has any advise? Also I am quite annoyed as I dont seem able to get this app working based on my condition... Any tips? TIA

I was diagnosed at 15 and am now 23. I was on bc for a while but it was only giving me a period every month (after going 6 months without one!) but wasn't helping with my other symptoms like acne, excess hair (on chin, thighs, butt, and breasts) which my gyno at the time said it would so I stopped. Idk if weight is an issue for you, but it was for me. My highest weight was 160lbs on a 5'0" body (I was the definition of a potato! Lol) I lost over 45lbs (have gained some back since) but once I lost that weight, AF became more regular, insulin levels dropped, and stuff like that. Still ttc though but once the hormonal issues and AF gets regular, it makes conceiving that much easier. Good luck and baby dust!
