Cold/flu in first trimester
I went on a cruise last week and caught a nasty cold/flu. As soon as we got back, I called my doctor and asked what I could take to feel better. The answer?....nothing :( not during the first trimester anyway. I'm going on day six of feeling absolutely miserable. Does anyone have a natural cough/congestion remedy that they'd like to share?
