IDK but I've been feeling sick like to my stomach where baby is at she hasn't moved yet but she had all day. My lower back hurts head aches and I can't get comfortable. No cramps but I'm feeling super tired and a little pressure in my pelvic. Before not feeling good I went to the store folded laundry and now this. Feeling very nauseous. Any help would be great. Last time i had some cramps and it went away. And my water hasn't broken yet.

Could this be a sign of labor or active labor???
