washing down there

So im 16 and im not really good with washing plus im a big girl.. i was mever really taught like how to actually wash my V .. and what type of washcloth to use.. or what not because i always still have a hint of smell down there.. and also with my arms i always have a sweat stain.. i dont be smelly but i do have a stain .. can someone explain these things to me??
