foot ailment??? (TMI)

ok I am VERY aware that this is gross but I could use some advice 😖 a month ago i noticed a big spot on one of my feet with a thick layer of skin peeled off. I didn't have a blister & it didn't hurt. i figured it was something that would just go away, but it has since gotten bigger. around the same time I also noticed a very small red bump on one of my toes on the same foot. i took it as a bug bite & it has since gone away, but now there are a few more small & painful red bumps on different toes. are these bug bites? are the two issues linked? what should i do???
