bed time routine

I am curious to know what is everyone's bed time routine like for their 4 month babies. Are there any interesting books you have already started reading out? I haven't really started with any routine and I am afraid if it's too late. My baby usually sleeps off once the lights are out and she is well fed. But I would love to get her started on some kind of bedtime routine.
