Can i be pregnant?

I DIDNT have sex. I still am a virgin , BUT, he rubbed his penis on my vagina.. He didnt cum .. & i dont THINK he precame because it wasnt wet.. This was the 17th. My period started on the 11th . Im pretty sure my period was over.. I have no symptoms but im so scared.. Maybe a little pregnancy scare but i looked it up and it said you could get pregnant by this..??
