cramps ??!!

I have really bad cramps what are some things besides Tylenol that I can do to ease the pain ? :(

Hey, I've been struggling with cramps all my life.. As I grew older I began to try different methods on easing my cramps. 
1. Drink chamomile tea 
2.Get a ziplock bag with ICE lay flat on the ground & put the ice bag on your lower back for 3 minutes. 
3. Take a rest don't move around in your bed, try to stay in one position. 
4. Take a heated bath / I prefer a hot shower aiming my lower back... 
5. Pain meds - Midole extended relief

Tylenol is a bad choice anyway, there are two different classes of over the counter pain meds.  The 1st is the acetaminophen group, tylenol, it blocks pain receptors, so though it does nothing for the bad area it makes your brain less able to feel it. The 2nd is the NSAID group, advil, they are anti inflammatory, so if you have a pulled muscle or cramping they will help the muscles relax.
You should take some advil and a hot bath.
