HCG trigger shot question

I'm on my first month of gonal f, oviteral and timed intercourse, I had my trigger injection on 26th Feb 250mg, I then had to take a smaller dose on day 2, 4 and 6 post ovulation. Last injection was last Wednesday, I couldn't wait and tested today 11 days post trigger and got positive, do you think positive is still the shot or could it be a true positive?

I have tried to look this up but haven't seen anyone who has had to take the oviteral after the trigger. Any advice would be grateful!
