3 Positive Preganancy test, woke up this morning bleeding

Has someone experienced this? I took 3 Clearblue pregnancy tests last week and they all came back positive. I did not have a period at all on April but I didn't want to take a test because on March my period was late, took pregnancy tests came back positive and then I had bleeding that lasted about 2-3 days. We went to the ER and they only did urine test and they said I wasn't pregnant so we were heartbroken. It's now past mid May and I still haven't gotten a period, however I woke up this morning with blood. I peed and there was red blood with small clots. I went and bought pregnancy test and I just took it and is still saying positive? I'm scared that there is some wrong, my ob appt is tomorrow but I'm so scared and emotional that it could be a miscarriage. Has someone gone through this??
