Doctor thought I had a polyp in uterus

Had a hysteroscopy yesterday and it was just extra tissue. Could this have been preventing implantation? We are unexplained infertility. They can't find anything wrong with us. So that's why I'm thinking it was that tissue. They said the tissue was next to each other so that's why it looked like a polyp. I don't have a follow up with my doctor until June 8th😢
