10dpo light BFP. 
One month trying with Glow and OPK's (irregular cycles so it helped a lot).
Symptoms:
4dpo pinching in uterus at one spot each lasting a second for a total of 2 minutes. Felt that with my first daughter.
6-7dpo very very mild dull cramping
8dpo frequent urination since 4dpo but lost all other symptoms.
