When I had a miscarriage I had to stay over night so just could keep checking my pads in hope I pass it on my own.....and well that's what they were looking for , but it may never be your case .. as you said it might just be exactly what you said !

Well it looks like both I'd say. The top left looks like period, the chunk of tissue looks like a very early miscarriage. :( hopefully it's just a period. Only doc will know.
