Is it too early for symptoms?

Lower cramps .. Having dreams about positive pregnancy test or people saying they're pregnant .. Good smell now. I'm 3 weeks tomorrow but I heard it's too early? Took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative?!

I started showing symptoms(cravings, cramping, nausea) at about 3 weeks, didn't get a positive until 3 weeks 5 days. They were super light until exactly 4 weeks when there was no question it was a BFP. I hope you get your positive soon :)
