Did I conceive!? Did you know when you conceived?

Question

Is it possible to feel pregnancy symptoms as early as 3-5 days after ovulation? I have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend multiple times before ovulation and on my High risk days! I have been feeling extremely nauseous, crampy, dizzy and fatigue...Tell me about your experience and how you knew you may have conceived???

I can't say no for sure but I highly doubt it.

When I got pregnant, I had only had sex once in 4 months so I know exactly when it happened but didn't feel anything. My period was late by a week and I tested, when I was waiting I just had this feeling that it would be positive. I had no physical symptoms up until a few weeks after that, my boobs were unbearably sore. I have barely B cups and had to clutch them to me to go down the stairs without pain, it was awful.
