Um... I think im pregnant!

So the reason why I'm like " ugh what" is because on the 24 I would have Mc our 4th child by a month. Well my SO have been intamit with one another and we aren't preventing as much. So I've been super nauseas for the past 3 days to the point I'm drooling ( tmi I know but no upchucks ). And I'm getting that odd kicked in the crotch feeling. Should I test a few days before the 24 or what.? Also I was 6-7 weeks along with the 4th.
