My baby is BF but my supply has dipped so I've been supplementing with formula. Well now LO won't eat formula at all. I've tried different brands but I'm not producing nearly enough. I drink mothers milk tea but can't eat the lactation cookies bc my LO has an oat allergy. I'm a FTM and I'm about to lose it. I'm so upset. I'm failing my baby and i don't know how to make things better. I tried power pumping. I tried pumping more often. I just can't keep up and now that he won't eat formula I'm on the edge of hysteria. Please please please any advice at all ???

When my supply went low, I spent the entire day nursing. Even if baby was sleeping & just sucking. They say a pump doesn't work as good as the baby. I layed in bed & nursed almost all day, drank a ton of water, and started taking Fenugreek. Voila!

Call the pediatrician, they may have advice. I've been dealing with a drop in supply as well and my fear is that if we ever have to use formula that she won't take it. We exclusively pump and sometimes it's nice to see how much she's drinking but other times it's insanely stressful.
Stress won't help your supply either. Have you tried having a drink? I know for some it can drop their supply but I've noticed that I can pump way more when I have a margarita at night (obviously spaced properly from pumping sessions) and as a bonus it helps the stress levels 🙄🍹
I'm currently working 3 days a week so I power pump first thing in the morning and once after work on those days. On my days off I've been pumping like a mad woman. Sometimes I power pump every other time. I've also found that I have a third let down around 20 minutes so the typical power pump times don't work as well for me. Instead I pump for 20-25, rest for 10-15 (while I combine bottles and do milk math) and then pump another 20-25. So maybe try to modify your power pump times? Also, I know it's not fun or easy but milk supply is highest in early morning hours. Maybe add a 3am pump session? 😕
Have you tried fenugreek? I haven't yet but I know I've seen it recommended dozens of times. And drink water, at least 64oz a day more when it's hot or you've been especially active or stressed.

Increase ur fluid and vegetable intake daily u have to drink and snack twice more than ur used to

Does your baby stay hungry after you breast feed or do u feel like they're not eating enough? I was exclusively pumping and then noticed a dip in my supply as I went back to breast feeding i was giving myself a hard time because I didn't think I was making enough for my son but I kept reading online that the baby gets more milk than the pump does so I stopped worrying and kept breast feeding and he's been fine since

Will your little take a bottle of pumped breast milk? Talk to your dr about mixing them together 
Also another thing to consider is WHO is giving the bottle. My little will take a breastmilk bottle from me, no problem. He will, however, refuse to take a formula bottle from me... no matter how hungry he gets. I've read they can smell the good stuff 😜.
