Stressed causing No AF

Have anyone been stressed so much with TTC that you actually don't get your AF? I'm already 5 days late some symptoms not much. 13DPo negative urine test. Had blood work done at the hospital to check on somethin else though not related to pregnancy but they did perform a urine test for it so I assume the blood work they had done would include to see if I'm pregnant still also right? But I'm officially ready to give up this month relax and try again next month.
