Nausea & diarrhea. Am I the only one?

I've ruled out food and sickness. Can this realy be a third trimester symptom?

Went from constant constipation the whole pregnancy to constant diarrhea at 37 weeks. I heard the body does it to prep for labor.

Yup! I've been feeling dizzy, nauseous, and with diarreah since last week, I'm 38 weeks 4 days now

I'm actually having the same symptoms today! How far ing are you? I'm 33 weeks +5. Makes me a little nervous that it's happening so early. Surely my body can't be prepping for labor already! This is number 5 for me - you'd think I'd know the drill by now.

Funny I had the same thing around 33 weeks. But I just wasn't well. Get plenty of fluids and try some hydralite :)
