a bit tmi, please help

My cervix is high but it feels like the tip of my nose, but when I move my finger to like the other side it's really soft. I'm so confused because idk whatever I'm feeling, i do know the hard part is my cervix because what else can be hard in there? But I don't know whether it's closed or open, I do keep spotting on and off and 2 days ago I bled a bit heavy but It quickly went away (it was after sex). In April I didn't have a period, only spotted . And the same seems to be happening this month. I'm so irritated because no obgyn wants to see me until I'm officially no longer bleeding. Can anyone give some kind of advice ?
