peak opk before high

Hi all! I've been testing with clearblue digital this week. Got a peak (non flashing smiley face) yesterday am with FMU. BD twice yesterday just to be sure but when I rested again yesterday late afternoon and this am, I got high fertility (flashing smiley face). Is it normal to go from low to peak then to high? Would have expected high before peak. I'm confused! Help!
