Hashimoto's and BBT
So I just had a miscarriage last week and I'm paranoid about when we try to start TTC again. Everyone tells me I need to chart my bbt but the thing is I have hashimoto's disease and my temperature is almost always in the low to mid 97s. Like if I have an upper 98 temp, I'm running a fever. Would temping be pointless?
